   We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Internationa.

2. Processing Time

   Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Time

   Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

   Shipping is fixed. We offer free shipping on orders over £250.

5. Tracking

   All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive a link via email once your order has shipped.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

   If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at 111Candles111@gmail.com and we’ll investigate right away.

7. Incorrect Address
